Als opstap naar een toekomstige jeugdopleiding, waarover momenteel samenwerkingsgesprekken lopen met SETT, nemen de Pingwins dit jaar voor de eerstekeer deel aan de voorronde van Tafeltennistoernooi Haagse Basisscholen. Op woensdag 28 november om 13u30 komen maar liefst 36 kinderen naar de Pingwins om te kampen voor 15 finale plaatsen. De kinderen worden afgevaardigd door de Carolus School, OBS De Springboken natuurlijk ook de Max Velthuijs School, onze thuisbasis. De Pingwins hebben tal vanvrijwilligers verzameld om de organisatie in goede banen te leiden. De finale wordt gespeeldop 12 december in de sporthal aan de Gaslaan.
[hr]36 children will come to play tabletennis at Pingwins!
As a step-up to a future youth policy – we’re currently having talks with SETT to co-operate– the Pingwins will participate for the first time at the preliminary round of the TabletennisTournament Junior Schools of The Hague. On Wednesday November 28 at 1:30 pm, 36children will compete for 15 places in the final. The children represent the Carolus School, OBS De Springbok and the Max Velthuijs School, our homebase. The Pingwins have called several volunteers to guarantee an impeccable organization. The final will be held in thesports facilities at the Gaslaan on December 12.
